Selena Gomez - an international actor and singer - has become known as a household name. Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place was one of her most popular productions. The full name of Selena Marie Gomez is Selena Marie Gomez. Born on July 22, 1992, on the 22nd of July in Grand Prairie Texas. Parents are Amanda Cornett and Ricardo Gomez. Selena's mom was 16 years old at the time she was born. At the age of 9, she got her first gig in show business when she got the role of Gianna on Barney and her Friends.
